LeadNod is free to sign up and browse candidates. We charge a 15% service fee on engagement values when you start working with a sales professional. When you start an engagement, you fund an escrow account with the agreed amount. Funds are held securely by LeadNod and released to the sales professional upon completion of agreed milestones. This protects both parties: businesses know their money is safe until work is delivered, and sales professionals know they'll get paid for completed work.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise clients can also set up invoicing with NET-30 payment terms upon approval.

Apply through our Sales Pro page. You'll need to complete our application form, pass our vetting process (background check, skills assessment, live sales simulation, and reference checks), and agree to our community guidelines. The process typically takes 1-2 weeks.

Earnings vary based on your experience, industry, and engagement type. Our top performers earn six figures annually through the platform. You set your own rates and choose which opportunities to pursue. There's no cap on how much you can earn.

Yes! Unless you have an exclusive arrangement with a specific client, you're free to work with multiple businesses simultaneously. Just make sure you can meet all your commitments and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

When milestones are completed and approved, funds are released from escrow to your account. You can withdraw to your bank account (ACH or wire), PayPal, or other supported methods. Most withdrawals process within 1-3 business days.
